Who we are
We are Mistress Lucinda and Raven. We are newly married and live within a D/s dynamic 24/7. We enjoy opening our home to friends and our brothers and sisters within the BDSM community and providing them with a safe place to gather and play.

Rules for Parties and Events
- Consent is a requirement prior to any physical touching of another person or sexual activity with another person. ‘No’ means ‘No’ and is the end of a negotiation, not the beginning or middle of it. Consent for a scene should include a discussion of hard and soft limits. Any ‘no red’ or CNC (consensual non-consent) play MUST be communicated to Mistress Lucinda prior to the start of play.
- Safe words (unless otherwise negotiated) are:
Yellow: something is not quite right - describe the problem to the
Dominant running the scene
Red: STOP - All restraints will be removed immediately, the
scene will be stopped immediately, the safety and well-being of
person calling Red will be checked and ensured by the Dominant
running the scene. Mistress Lucinda will be informed of what
happened as soon as it is practical to do so.
- Do not interrupt someone else’s scene that is in progress for any reason other than a safety concern. This ESPECIALLY means that you should not ask to join in on a scene once it is in progress.
- All event attendees must be 18 years old and must be 21 to drink. If you are under 21 and caught drinking, you will be asked to leave immediately. Use of medical marijuana is allowed with permit.
- What happens at a party, stays at the party. Do not discuss who or what you saw outside of the party.
- NO photos are allowed without prior permission from Mistress Lucinda.
- NO prostitution, asking for tips, favors or loans.
- NO hostile words, actions or behaviors will be tolerated - especially when related to a person's race, gender, body shape, sexual orientation or preferred kink.
